Our fees are dependent on which type of investigations the client needs and the locality. Our general fees range from $ 85 to $110 per hour per agent depending on the type and complexity of the assignment required and how many agents are needed. Say it is a surveillance, then a normal agent [ agent only , no vehicle or equipment] on foot will be charged at $ 85 per hour, however if we have to use special equipment we may need two agents and a vehicle, if we are to use a vehicle then the charges begin at $ 85 per hour per agent, or it may be a situation where we need to rent a small apartment, shack or Van near the subject's home or office to better observe him or her. |

Obtaining discreet or confidential information however we do so will remain secret and will be charged at different rates than hourly, to be discussed. However, if we need to investigate an occurrence then we may need to follow and develop leads which are not obvious at first, so we have no way of knowing the total cost, but we will work only within the scope of the clients' funds given to us at the time.
Also by arrangement are investigations requiring Male / Female operatives or 'sting' and undercover operations. We employ a wide range of professionals as contractors to go deep undercover in assignments to prove Intellectual Property or real property theft or pilfering, shrinkage or other forms of crimes and misdemeanors.
We employ both plain looking and handsome or overtly attractive persons, depending on the requirement of the operation. Sometimes we will obtain a position on a factory floor as an unnoticed cleaner or at other times we'll use a very beautiful lady waiting at a restaurant or gym, to meet/ bump into a businessman to check on his bona-fides or gain intelligence by whichever means are available.
Internet or computer forensic assignments are also a sub-contract specialist's fee, so it is up to each individual case as to costs.
We were involved in Lie Detection but found it to be emotionally charged, unprofitable and labor intensive as well as no-one being able to Guarantee results, so we decline to carry this out although since 1977 our President was a pioneer in Globally marketing the V.S.A. [ Voice Stress Analyzer] technology out of Alexandria. VA.
De-bugging cases where the charges are by the size of the area swept for listening devices not by the hours taken.
Most De-bugging assignments are at $500 per 50 square yards area to be De-bugged, and a minimum applies of $1500.00 plus travelling time. Telephones, laptops and cell phones are at a minimum of $850 each.

We DO NOT carry out any Pro Bono or Free Cases, Process Serving , Fugitive Recovery, Repossessions or 'break' and divulge Taxation Information.
We refuse to accept work from unidentified people, i.e. don't call and say, ' I don't want to tell you who I am but....'.
Be ready to identify yourself if you wish to engage us, naturally, we do not need to know your identity to discuss a case, but we'll never accept an assignment from an anonymous entity.
We do collect debts both National and International, but always above usd $10 million, and at our usual search and hourly fees, we do not charge a percentage of returned moneys.
With over 180 years' combined family management experience we do not believe a reasonable assignment can be successful if a client attempts to dictate an unreasonably small fee. We are also running a business, so a profit is necessary for us to be interested & involved. If it's not important to you, then don't expect us to take it seriously!
We believe seldom is a result achievable under say, 10 - 20 hours' work, so at no time do we begin a matter without a pre-paid minimum retainer of a minimum of $850 which is required in cash, bank check, wire or Internet transfer or credit card, kindly note state tax is to be added where applicable.
We expect payment in advance for whatever time and duties the client books us for. There is no Guaranteed Results Clause in our Contract, we will attempt to perform the duties but cannot guarantee results, we do however Guarantee our agent's work product and reports.
If the client specifically requires the services of our Owner and Chief Investigator, the charges will differ to $ 450.00 per hour in keeping with his 50+ years' Global experience and know-how. All this is to be noted in the contract at time of signing. He will not attend an anonymously booked interview so be ready to explain your matter and identify yourself to meet our director.
Time is Money.
We will not travel out of our metro area or fly to meet you unless we have been retained and our meeting's costs and disbursements deposited into our Wells Fargo Bank Account.
We do not charge extra for pictures, DVDs, video or sound recording but merely charge the client at cost for these items. However, depending on distance, a minimum 1/2 hour travelling time to and from an Assignment site is reasonable as well as mileage at .85c a mile from our City Center Head Office and return.
If you are requiring a Personal or Family Law surveillance and have already asked your family and friends to follow your partner, unsuccessfully and the subjects are now suspicious, then we inform you that we do not accept that type of dangerously compromised assignment unless you cover our integrity and safety by hiring at least 3 of our operatives.
